Human resource management trainings provide effective and innovative methods and tools to improve employee performance in multinational organizations. Our human resource management trainings give the knowledge and shape the skills needed to build and develop human resources in an organization. They present the latest knowledge on managing this key area of a multinational organization.

Scope of trainings

Talent acquisition and management of the selection process in multinational organizations
An employee with the right competences determines the effectiveness of teams and organizations. The training aims to learn about the specific functioning of talents in an organization and ways of their acquisition. Participants will develop methods and practices to adjust the candidate's profile to the labor market's current realities and needs and examine qualifications and competences during an interview.
During the training, the participant will learn about innovative instruments used in recruitment and selection and an evidence-based approach to the selection of candidates. As a result, the participant will be able to choose the selection tools that most effectively help evaluate the candidate and make an employment decision. Participants will practice the ability to design selection tools and conduct interviews through various channels (phone, videoconference, traditional). Participants will learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of employee recruitment and selection.
Onboarding programs
We assist HR departments in building effective onboarding programs for employees. The effective implementation and adaptation of new employees increase their commitment and identification with the company. An effective onboarding process reduces recruitment costs and employee turnover. It ensures business continuity and is an opportunity for company growth.
During the training, participants will learn about trends in onboarding, types, and models of the effective implementation process. Participants will learn to design the onboarding process in traditional and remote forms. The trainer will provide examples of good practices in other companies and ideas for designing innovative onboarding processes.

Participants will create job descriptions and design competence profiles for individual positions. An important element of the training will be practical familiarization with job analysis methods, describing competences, creating frameworks of competences, and developing regulations and evaluation procedures.
The trainer will present examples of the implementation of periodic evaluations used in organizations. Training will result in the development of sample procedures and tools that can be used in practice.

Building competence systems

Evaluation of employee potential
The training aims to get to know the principles of designing and using tools to assess employee potential through Development Center sessions. During the training, participants will create tools to evaluate employee potential, design individual and group tasks, case studies, and simulations to assess employee potential.

As a result of the training, participants will be able to plan a comprehensive employee development program in the organization.
Shaping the candidate and employee experience in a diverse work environment
Motivation to work in an organization is not only about the salary and prestige of the position. If you want to increase employee satisfaction and retention in your organization, this is the right time to apply candidate and employee experience practices. Many companies claim to have implemented standards of behavior toward candidates and employees. At the same time, candidates and employees believe that employers do not care about their relationships with job applicants and current employees. How is it possible that both sides of the process have such different assessments? If you care about maintaining a positive image as an employer in the market, you probably want to know how to keep candidates happy, even if they do not become employees of your company.
During the training, participants will design candidate and employee experience starting with the experience related to the recruitment, selection, and onboarding, through activities related to employee engagement (including development projects), daily tasks, relationships with coworkers, superiors, or other team members.

Participants will analyze the level of candidate and employee experience in the organization and learn how to measure this experience to increase employee satisfaction, engagement, and effectiveness.

Designing employee motivation and engagement systems
Training is designed for managers, leaders, candidates for managerial positions, and HR department employees.

The training aims to acquire skills to identify, interpret and evaluate the behavior of organizational members and apply modern motivation methods and techniques for work. During the training, participants will understand the principles of motivating and engaging employees, and they will learn to recognize the motivational types among employees, forming individual and team motivation. An important element of training is to realize the role of self-motivation and its impact on teamwork.

As a result of the training, participants will be able to select, justify, and apply methods and techniques to identify, analyze, and solve motivational problems in the organization. Participants will have the ability to develop a work motivation system and develop a program to build employee motivation and commitment in the organization.
Train the Trainer (basic and advanced)
Training will help managers gain and improve their competences in designing and conducting comprehensive training programs. During the training, participants will learn practical aspects of training needs analysis, developing a training program, planning and executing the evaluation of training effectiveness. In addition, they will learn to design training methods, training games, simulations, and experiments in training. Participants will be able to deal with different situations during training.
Advanced Train the Trainer program includes learning and practical application of advanced communication techniques, advanced influence and persuasion techniques, and critical thinking in designing and conducting training. Participants will learn to apply the evidence-based approach to designing development programs. Participants will also know how to shape the role of a trainer / consultant outside the training room.
