An important element of the training will be practical familiarization with job analysis methods, describing competences, creating frameworks of competences, and developing regulations and evaluation procedures.

After the training, the participant will be able to choose appropriate methods to create a competence model for the organization, identify and define competences for a given position, and create competence profiles. Participants will also learn and practice assessing competences in the organization on the example of a Development Center session.
As a result, they will be able to perform tasks as part of the Development Center, evaluate the performance of these tasks, and develop a report from the Development Center.
The training is designed for people responsible for preparing/modifying, and/or implementing an employee development system and those who want to broaden their experience in this area.
