We offer knowledge and skills in working in teams diverse in culture, skills and competences, age, education, gender, sexual orientation, and value system.

This program is for organizations that consciously want to manage the potential of differences, promote equal opportunities, and recognize the possibility of increasing the organization's productivity, innovation, and profitability. The organization will benefit from the diversity of its employees, giving them the opportunity to use their potential, exchange and share knowledge. Moreover, participants will realize that diverse teams are more effective and innovative than homogeneous ones.

Scope of trainings

Training offers practical knowledge on how to manage and work in organizations and teams with age differences. The training addresses issues related to the characteristics of the XYZ generation. 

Participants will gain skills that will help them manage and work in a diverse age environment to make optimal use of the knowledge, experience and commitment of employees. Thanks to the acquired competences it will be possible to prevent conflicts in a generationally diverse team and develop effective communication, feedback, and motivation of employees.

The training is designed for women who want to deepen leadership competences. Participants will learn about their talents and strengths, which will help them determine what kind of leader they are. 

During the training, participants will work on their image as a leader. In addition, the goal of training is to develop mechanisms and techniques that will allow you to build self-confidence and overcome your limitations. Participants will learn about their motivators that stimulate them to action. The acquired competences will affect the growth of the leadership competences.

Managing diversity is one of the key competences of today's managers. The program aims to improve the work environment by increasing the ability to use the potential of diversity in an organization. Diversity management programs increase the understanding of coworkers and thus the effectiveness of the organization. Ultimately, diversity management competences enhance employee creativity and organizational innovation. Creating a diversity management strategy will allow a team to use its full potential. 
Participants will learn to think holistically about diversity in an organization. Participants will be able to identify the primary sources of diversity in an organization, the stereotypes that make it challenging to work with diverse groups, and understand the importance of diversity at work, which will allow them to create a diversity management strategy. 
The purpose of the training is to develop knowledge about diversity management and develop individual cultural competences. Participants will acquire knowledge about: culture of a diverse organization, dynamics of diverse teams, communication skills in a diverse environment, and leadership skills. Developing these competences makes it possible to have a positive attitude towards diversity, know what diversity is, integrate diversity management with the culture of an organization, and work effectively in diverse teams. 

Participants will learn about the sources of diversity and identify the purpose of collaboration and communication in diverse teams, which will enable the creation of an organizational culture policy based on the inclusion of all its members. Participants will be able to identify the unique characteristics of their co-workers, communicate, and work effectively in diverse teams or projects.

Building relationships and effective communication among employees working in a diverse environment are essential for implementing projects and in daily work. During the training, participants will learn how to build positive relationships within a team. They will learn about critical factors that build relationships, such as trust, respect, and openness. Participants will analyze the process of creating relationships at different levels, employee-employee, and employee-supervisor. An essential part of the training is for participants to learn about individual communication styles, which will enable more effective communication in a diverse team. 

Participants will learn about possible barriers and disruptions in communication and how to give feedback to avoid destroying the relationship. The acquired competences will enable participants to create an efficient and effective diverse team.

The training aims to raise the participants' awareness of gender equality. Participants will learn about the biological, psychological, social, and cultural aspects of gender. Participants will increase their knowledge of gender equality policy in the context of current legal regulations. Participants will also learn key concepts related to equality between women and men, gender stereotypes, and gender discrimination. Through individual and group work, participants will learn practical tools that can eliminate gender inequalities. 

Thanks to the acquired skills, participants will be able to effectively implement gender equality policies in teams and during the implementation of the project.

The training aims to gain skills in interacting, communicating, building relationships with employees with disabilities, and responding to their needs in the workplace. Participants will increase awareness of the needs and capabilities of employees with disabilities. Training also aims to demonstrate that people with disabilities can work professionally and are valuable employees. 

The training covers the principles of savoir-vivre in dealing with employees with different types of disabilities. Training helps improve the quality and standard of interactions with employees with disabilities.
