Scope of trainings
Participants will gain skills that will help them manage and work in a diverse age environment to make optimal use of the knowledge, experience and commitment of employees. Thanks to the acquired competences it will be possible to prevent conflicts in a generationally diverse team and develop effective communication, feedback, and motivation of employees.
During the training, participants will work on their image as a leader. In addition, the goal of training is to develop mechanisms and techniques that will allow you to build self-confidence and overcome your limitations. Participants will learn about their motivators that stimulate them to action. The acquired competences will affect the growth of the leadership competences.
Participants will learn about the sources of diversity and identify the purpose of collaboration and communication in diverse teams, which will enable the creation of an organizational culture policy based on the inclusion of all its members. Participants will be able to identify the unique characteristics of their co-workers, communicate, and work effectively in diverse teams or projects.
Participants will learn about possible barriers and disruptions in communication and how to give feedback to avoid destroying the relationship. The acquired competences will enable participants to create an efficient and effective diverse team.
Thanks to the acquired skills, participants will be able to effectively implement gender equality policies in teams and during the implementation of the project.
The training aims to gain skills in interacting, communicating, building relationships with employees with disabilities, and responding to their needs in the workplace. Participants will increase awareness of the needs and capabilities of employees with disabilities. Training also aims to demonstrate that people with disabilities can work professionally and are valuable employees.
The training covers the principles of savoir-vivre in dealing with employees with different types of disabilities. Training helps improve the quality and standard of interactions with employees with disabilities.
