Trainer, coach, consultant in international human resource management, development of managerial, social, and cultural competences.
For more than 16 years, she is developing the competences of managers and professionals in Poland and abroad. As a coach, she works in ICF standards to develop clients’ potential and maximize their personal and business efficiency.
She has experience in managing international teams and implementing development programmes, competence management systems and others, working as a manager, consultant and trainer in corporations and R&D projects.
She gained international experience working mainly in Europe and India, South Korea, South Africa, and Russia. She also completed a postdoctoral scholarship at the University of Delhi in India.
She has a Master's degree in psychology and a PhD in management sciences. She works at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, conducts classes and scientific research in human resource management, particularly diversity management and virtual foreign missions. She is a manager of projects cofunded by the European Union, Capacity Building in Higher Education, in the scope of improving the quality of teaching in higher education by building learning centers and improving the competences of teaching staff in Asia, in particular in India, China, Vietnam.
