Aleksandra Jaskólska

Trainer and consultant in the field of intercultural management.

She has many years of experience as a trainer in cultural differences, intercultural management, intercultural communication, and expatriate management. She gained practical experience working with business partners from Europe and Asia. She worked, among others, in India, South Korea, Laos, Iran, and Kosovo. Aleksandra is the author of training programs and articles on cultural differences in business, and she specializes in Polish and Indian business culture.

Graduate of the Faculty of International and Political Studies at Jagiellonian University, majoring in International Relations and Near- and Far-Eastern Cultural Studies. PhD in Social Sciences works at the University of Warsaw, where she teaches and conducts research on the impact of culture on national domestic and foreign policy, with particular emphasis on Asian countries.

Involved in international projects funded by the European Union (Erasmus Mundus, Horizon 2020, Strategic Partnership), which aim to promote knowledge about the political and economic situation and business culture of Asian countries in EU countries and vice versa. In addition, she participated in the project Centers of Studies on Poland and Central Europe at Asian Universities, implemented under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs funds in the framework of cooperation in public diplomacy.
