CCIQ Cross-Cultural Intelligence

is a company specializing in intercultural management, offering consulting, training and various personalized forms of development, which help to achieve effective cooperation and long-term partnership in international business.
The aim of our activities is to ensure understanding and efficiency in a multicultural environment. Our projects are aimed at developing cultural competencies of organizations, improving business processes and supporting the philosophy and orientation of an organization with a culturally diverse internal and external customer.
Working with organizations, we strive to maximize the return on intercultural investments through the development of communication skills, extending knowledge in the field of management and cooperation in multicultural teams. The projects we implement include four basic modules of intercultural management: communication and social competences, organizational culture, leadership, and human resources management.

CCIQ brings together consultants from over a dozen cultures: Central-Eastern Europe and Western Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East and Asia. Each project is run by a consultant specializing in a particular culture.

Partners

Poland India is the only professional and independent information and business website in Poland addressed to entrepreneurs from Poland and India. Our activities are focused in two areas - the promotion of Polish companies in India and the active search for business partners for companies interested in establishing cooperation with an Indian partner.


We have experience in the implementation of recruitment projects for middle and senior positions, in particular in the areas of marketing, sales, retail, finance and accounting. We work mainly on the basis of the Direct Search Method, directly reaching the candidates interested in us, both thanks to extensive search, using the media social networks as well as a wide network of contacts; we also implement projects through advertisements.
