International Affairs Professional and Communications Consultant, with an academic background in public administration, politics and international relations. As a longtime citizen of Toronto, one the most multicultural and racially diverse cities on the globe, Maria obtained extensive cross-cultural experience interacting with various nationalities and their customs.

She also lived in Peru where she participated in an international development project.
She possesses diverse work experience that includes both the legal and international affairs sectors. For many years Maria was employed at various law firms in Toronto, including the Ministry of the Attorney General. In Warsaw, she worked as a Communications Specialist at Bird and Bird LLP, and a Senior Public Relations Specialist at the Polish Institute of International Affairs. Currently, Maria works at the British Embassy, where she organizes high-level ministerial visits and conferences with the public and private sector.
Maria has completed courses in cross-cultural communication and received certification in diplomatic protocol as well as savoir vivre. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Ryerson University in Toronto and is completing a Masters Degree at the Warsaw University – specializing in European affairs.
