Our team

A specialist in the field of modern human resources management practices in organizations as well as improvement of social skills in the field of leadership, motivation, communication, creating commitment, also in an intercultural environment. She conducts trainings, full training cycles, provides consultancy services, and coaching sessions for different types of organisations.

In her training activities she uses her extensive experience gained during many years of cooperation with both domestic and foreign business, as well as higher education institutions, numerous stays abroad, organizing and participating in international educational and scientific events, and 13 years of experience in conducting trainings and full training cycles. As a coach, she works individually with clients on the development of personal and professional competences.
She obtained an MA in psychology at the University of Wrocław (Poland) and PhD in the field of management at the University of Economics in Wrocław, Poland. She is a graduate of the Master School of Business Trainers and the School of Coaching based on ICF (International Coach Federation) standards. She works as an Assistant Professor at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where she conducts research and publishes scientific works in the field of HRM.
She is the coordinator of the Capacity Building in Higher Education projects (www.cabcin.pwr.edu.pl; www.fraction.pwr.edu.pl) in the field of improving the quality of higher education by building centers of teaching excellence and improving the competences of teaching staff in Asia, in particular India, China, and Vietnam. For over five years she has been cooperating with institutions of higher education in India.
Currently, in two R&D projects at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, she is an HR consultant responsible for the development and implementation of the employee competency system, as well as for designing and evaluating the effectiveness of training using VR.
