She conducts trainings, full training cycles, provides consultancy services, and coaching sessions for different types of organisations.

Iza is the author of training programs and articles on cultural differences in business. She implements projects related to Nordic countries, Western Europe and Asia. She has the license of IAP Intercultural Awareness Profiler Trompenaars Humpden Turner.

International Affairs Professional and Communications Consultant, with an academic background in public administration, politics and international relations. As a longtime citizen of Toronto, one the most multicultural and racially diverse cities on the globe, Maria obtained extensive cross-cultural experience interacting with various nationalities and their customs.

Adam is a trainer specializing in business culture of Central - Eastern Europe and India. Author of books in the field of culture, politics, international policy and customs of Central and Eastern Europe and India.

Radek is a coach specializing in contacts with partners from China. From July 2016, he is deputy director of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and a representative of Poland in the bank.

Marek is a trainer specializing in business culture of South Asia.  He was the Consul General of Republic of Poland in Mumbai. Member of many Polish Ministerial Missions to Nigeria, India, Bangladesh,Burma,Iran, Saudi Arabia etc.

 

Marcin is a trainer specializing in the business culture of Eastern European countries. He worked in Belarus in non-governmental organizations dealing with training, trainings and international exchange.

Darya is a trainer specializing in the business culture of Eastern European countries. As a translator and business supervisor she worked for many Polish companies participating in trade fairs in Belarus.

Agata is a trainer specializing in the business culture of the Gulf countries. She has been deepening her knowledge of the Gulf region as Visiting Study Fellow at the University of Oxford, Queen Elizabeth House.

“A major objective of intercultural training used to be to help people cope with un- expected events in a new culture”. Now the most valuable outcome is cultural competence that helps company to strengthen market-oriented approach in culturally diverse environment.
