Kasia has been associated with the recruitment industry since 2008, and has 18 years of experience in the area of training and sales. A graduate of English Philology at the University of Warsaw and post-graduate studies in the field of Human Resource Management at SWPS. She also completed the "Professional Coaching Certificate" course according to the CFC / PCD program and the accreditation requirements of the International Institute of Coaching & Mentoring (IIC & M). She gained her experience working both on the side of recruitment agencies and independently implementing projects for many Polish and foreign companies.
